  • Ochota a vstřícnost obsluhy v restauraci, nic nebyl problém.

  • Uvítal bych na pokoji u každé postele noční stolek a lampičku, předpokládal jsem že ve dvoulůžkovém pokoji budou, ale číst si mohl pouze jeden z nás a věci osobní potřeby se musely položit na podlahu.

  • Hotel se nachazi v nadhernem prostredi. Navstivili jsme ho jiz potreti. Mini ZOO moc pekna, pekne posezeni, prostor pro deti.Pokoje ciste, s televizi, rucniky a mydlem.

  • Hotel jsme naposledy navstivili 10.5. Tentokrat jsme nebyli spokojeni s obsluhou. Na recepci nikdo nebyl, coz chapeme, ze jsme prijeli mimo sezonu. V restauraci byl pan, ktery sice obslouzil, ale to je vsechno! Chteli jsme si zahrat sipky, neumeli jsme si je nastavit a rekl nam, ze to taky neumi, at si poradime. Vzalo nam to 30 korun nez jsme na to pristli, jak se nastavuji. Vecere - objednali jsme si topinku s ohnivym kurecim masem, topinky byly namocene v omacce, takze byly rozmocene. Divali jsme se na hokej, pred devatou hodinou jsme si sli ven zakourit a pan za nami zamkl dvere, ani se nezeptal, jestli si jeste neco prejeme nebo se chceme dodivat. Misto mame moc radi, asi se vratime, ale jestli se jeste jednou nebudeme citit vitani obsluhou, vybereme si jine misto na prespani. Dekujeme Rene Bican
